Booking & Payment Policy for QHHT and BQH

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for QHHT and BQH to reserve your appointment
• Remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your scheduled session for QHHT and BQH
• Sessions are confirmed once deposit is received
• 48-hour notice required for rescheduling
• Deposits are non-transferable for no-shows
